1. Introduction & Theory: Begin with a lesson at our dive center, where you’ll learn the basics of scuba gear, breathing techniques, and essential safety measures.2. Practice in Shallow Water: Get hands-on practice in calm, shallow waters before venturing deeper.
3. Dive into Adventure: When you’re ready, enjoy a 30-40 minute dive, descending to 5-6 meters to explore the mesmerizing seabed.

◾ Athens scuba diving is suitable for anyone in reasonable health above the age of 10. An adult must accompany children◾ All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire before diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart conditions, etc.) may prevent you from diving
