Description - What to expect

Your Mallorca adventure starts with a convenient pick-up from your hotel and a drive by mini-bus to the starting point of your adventure. Experience the breathtaking caves of Cova des Coloms on the island of Mallorca, famous for its limestone caves. Cova des Coloms is the only sea cave system where you can swim inside, located on the coast of Cala Romantica.

This hidden cavern is just a 300-meter swim along the coast and 1 duck under the water at the entrance until you venture into this magical cave. Sea cave stalagmites are different from land types as the movement of water affects both the formation and mineral content of the formations creating a range of amazing red colors that glisten like diamonds on the walls.

No prior experience in sea caving is required and you don't have to go under the water. These vertical cave systems are a great introduction to caving, and the conditions make this the perfect adventure for beginners and families. All the necessary equipment will be provided, including protective helmets and a wetsuit.
