Tuscany Bike Tour itinerary

Meet your guide and start your Tuscany bike tour from the center of Florence. Ride to the iconic Tuscan hills with a visit to a Renaissance Villa winery for olive oil and wine tasting. Follow your guide through scenic paths upwards, with frequent stops for you to admire the panoramic views along the way.

Once at the top of the hill, you will continue through an upper-class neighborhood of local, Florentine nobility and their stunning, historic villas. Follow your guide until you reach your destination - a famous Renaissance Villa tucked away in the hills behind Florence.

Here, you will take a break to tour the villa, and then enjoy a delightful poolside/garden Italian-style aperitivo (afternoon departure) with fresh, seasonal snacks and a beverage. All products are produced on the premises, and being a small family production, are only sold locally. Both the wine and olive oil can be purchased and shipped back home as a long-lasting souvenir!

Your return to Florence leads you through the spectacular Piazzale Michelangelo, where your guide will stop, so you can take pictures of the best views of Florence! Then, it’s all downhill back into Florence, entering the San Niccolò neighborhood and riding to our favorite gelateria to top off the perfect half-day outing!
