Description - What to expect

Take a day trip from Lucerne and drive to the Bernese Oberland, passing on your way five mountain lakes. After a short stop for a lake view picture, you will arrive at the lovely mountain resort of Grindelwald. Take the cable car up to Mount First to enjoy the unique summit attraction “First Cliff Walk by Tissot”. The path with a 40-meter long, one-rope suspension bridge at a dizzying height promises an exceptional adrenalin rush experience. Next to it, find some of Switzerland’s most exciting activities: the First Flyer and the First Glider, a gigantic zip line, that will give you the feeling of flying down the hill over 800 meters with a maximum speed of 84 kilometers/ hour.

Then, continue your day trip from Lucene with an easy hike to Lake Bachalp. From the mountain station, visitors will arrive at the lovely panoramic view of the lake and mountains within an hour. Go back to the station and continue by Mountain Cart (optional), a new fun sport vehicle with a comfortable seat, good tires, and powerful brakes. An exceptional ride on the rough track will take you to Bort, from where you will complete your day trip by Trottibike Scooter (optional). Then curve down to Grindelwald through the beautiful alpine scenery passing by grazing cows and typical Swiss chalets.
