Description - What to expect
Your Crete diving experience starts with a pick-up from your hotel and a drive to the Blue Adventures Diving Center. Fill up some necessary paperwork and watch a video explaining the basic principles of scuba diving, the use of equipment, underwater hand signals, and essential diving skills. This is then followed by a briefing, presented by your PADI instructor, as well as preparations for the pool part of the program.Once suited up, get into the swimming pool and practice the basic skills and hand signals. When the instructor is satisfied with the exercises, and you feel comfortable underwater, you will be taken into the sea, just 20 meters away from the swimming pool.
Submerge into the water and experience the thrill of actual diving. Your dive will last approximately 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 12 meters. Practice in the company of your professional instructor the new skills you have learned and experience the magical underwater world. Experience the unique sensation of floating weightlessly into the water as you watch abundant marine life all around you.
