Description - What to expect

Rafting Voidomatis is one of the best ways to get connected to the pristine mountainous environment of this incredible country. Zagoria and Vikos National park in North-West Greece is perhaps the most spectacular and scenic part of Greece, offering a variety of opportunities for exciting outdoor activities.

Voidomatis river is part of Vikos National Park, which comprises one of the most significant ecosystems in Greece. The geographical isolation of the area, the relatively small human impact, and the large variety of natural habitats, in combination with microclimatic conditions, favored the growth of rare plant species, many of which are considered endangered. Voidomatis is a gentle and inviting river suitable for everyone, with unparalleled beauty, adorned with forests of willow, poplar, and plane trees.

Your rafting Voidomatis starts from Aristi Bridge, a wonderful old stone arched bridge. Meet your experienced instructor and get fitted with your safety equipment. Before your rafting Voidomatis adventure begins you will receive instructions and brief training on how to use your row and position your body according to the instructions of your guide.
